I have neglected my oral health for far too long. After debating for weeks I finally decided to set up an appointment here with Central Focus Group, and I am so happy that I did. They set me up with an appointment quickly. I created the appointment on a the night before and they scheduled me for the next day of the same week. They saw me right on time and got straight to work. Even though the hygienist wasn't in the office, the dentist was able to check out my teeth and get half of my deep cleaning done in a little over an hour. The following day I came back to finish the deep cleaning and get my teeth whitened. The entire process of cleaning, polishing, and whitening my teeth only took 2 1/2 hours. The the past couple weeks, my older silver fillings that I got when I was a child was causing me pain. I decided to visit Central Dental Group to get it checked out. The staff was extremely friendly to me, and did not hesitate to answer any questions that I had. I was in the waiting room for only about 5 minutes - until the doctor called me in for x-rays. I can tell that they are extremely professional in their line of work and take care of their patients well. I was told that I had to redo my silver fillings, as they were sculpted down over the years to shape that was puncturing my gums. So unprofessional, had an appt for wisdom teeth removal. First to start off, didn’t get a confirmation text regarding my appointment or pre-care before procedure/ I had to call and make sure I had my appt. checkin at 4:20 signed the forms. then got taken back. keep in mind I was only to get two wisdom teeth pulled out. they stated that I needed all four taken out. then i corrected them. dr whatever is name was very rude and makes you feel stupid. he only comes in once a month and doesn’t check his patients x-rays. he checks them when you are their for your procedure and that’s the first time he checks them. I recently moved to El Monte due to moving to new cities for college and I did a lot of research before settling to Central Dental Group as my new dentist. I came in for a check-up where they took my x-rays to see how my teeth are doing. Dr. Do was very honest in telling me I needed some fillings done.
