Central Cardiology

This place is fantastic. I see Dr. Doctor, as does all of my family, and he is absolutely amazing. He's extremely knowledgeable and keeps up to date with what's going on in various medical fields. This new location on Old River is great. Very convenient. Hopefully we'll be able to get my in-laws ICD checked there in the near future. As for the Sillect location...the imaging side is great. Front desk staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I've had three ultrasounds there and every time I have excellent service. Even my CT scan went well. The appointment side is just as great. They have friendly staff and the wait has reduced since the Old River location opened. Parking at the Sillect location can be a bit congested, but seems better with the other location now open. Absolutely horrible experience. When calling them to ask questions, they told me contact primary physician. The questions I had did not involve my primary physician. When I explained my situation to Maddy, she again told me contact my primary physician. I again explained to her what I was trying to find out, she then transferred me to someone else. She was not listening to me. She tried her best to get me off the phone as suicidal as possible.

The ladies that work at this place are very rude. Loud about their business in front of patients. Front desk and behind the doors. And a young lady that works there called another person names thinking I didn’t hear her. Made me think that that’s how they talk about anyone who walks into that office. It’s a shame that this place is full of unprofessional workers.

I have to say the staff is so on it from the doctor's to front desk. Cambria from the front desk is always so sweet and very compastionate for putting up with me. Always goes above and beyond

I have been seen and have had heart related procedures here on several occasions now and can make a qualified review at this point. I have had the same experience on 4 different occasions here. Nothing but, professional, prompt, and great staff working here. I am always treated like the most important patient with an appointment. They are on time with your appointment. They get you taken care of quickly and professional. You see you’re doctor and you get you’re check out completed with your next appointment set. If you have a question they jump on it immediately. I asked about a new procedure and was quickly given a pamphlet and website to increase my knowledge and answer questions that I’d already forgotten.
