The most horrible, dysfunctional, dishonest company I have ever dealt with. 5 hours. 5 hours trying to reach someone about a new Wegovy prescription that was supposed to be here yesterday and it's not even filled yet. Every single person that answered the phone either transferred me to nowhere and told me they couldn't help me. How NovoCare could have partnered with such an awful company is beyond comprehension. At this point I just want to cancel my prescription but I literally can't reach anyone to do that. Even someone from NovoCare called them on my behalf and finally hung up after an hour on hold.

I spoke with a very nice and extremely helpful man at Centerwell today. His nickname is OC. He was on the phone with me for over an hour and answered all my questions. I want to recognize this man as I feel he deserves it. Thank you again, OC

They dropped the ball on this one. 1. Called centerwell on Friday the 15th to insure they received the prescriptions total of 4. When they answered they verified the order as well as name, date issued, my shipping address, birthdate, and they said 3-5 business days. 2 I called Tuesday to check status and was told they have 3-5 business days to fill. They said that it will ship that nite should get my order by Wednesday. Again said 3-5 business days to complete the order and the last minute the CSR said she would ship the order overnite For a Thursday delivery. 3. No delivery Thursday. 4. I called this morning (Friday) because it was not here. They said they will ship it out today. Ok now it is 3-5 business days and it will ship out today. They did not ship it over nite Wednesday as promis

After registering on this website, there is no communication on how to proceed and get your prescription, (which their text said is ready to be shipped,) paid for and shipped. Terrible website! And calling the phone number you find online is a frustrating series of wait times, disconnections, and ineffective transfers.

This is horrible! An hour wait to speak to someone on the phone and the live chat doesn't work! I've been on the phone holding for over 1 hour just to cancel a prescription order. Im not understanding why you can't just do that on the website. Such a waste of time.
