Centerville Senior Lofts

So thankful for this facility. Our family member was praying and searching for the right long term living space and she was blessed to find Centerville Senior Lofts. It’s everything she wanted and more! Wonderful people too!

My mother-in-law has lived at Centerville Senior lifts since the end of July. Although she was initially happy with her move, her dryer has never worked. In over two months this issue has still not been resolved. The last time she spoke to the property manager she was asked if “she believed in miracles”. This just compounded her frustration. To be insulted when asking about a legitimate concern is unconscionable. Additionally, her list of “dings” that needed repair have not been dealt with either. She is the first tenant for this particular apartment and I wonder what kind of management there will be when this building and units are a few years older.

I was the first tenant to move in and it is a wonderful place to live. The manager is so helpful in all of my needs and I would highly recommend this place.
