had an extremely disappointing experience with this medical clinic. Unfortunately, they did not do the work they were supposed to do, and it was clear that the staff lacked proper organization and professionalism. Appointments felt rushed, communication was poor, and there was no clear follow-up or explanation regarding my care. Basic tasks were either delayed or not completed at all, which is unacceptable for a medical facility where patients rely on accuracy and responsibility. Overall, this clinic showed a lack of competence and accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable or professional medical care.

Center of medical excellence the one off of krome avenue 941 n krome very unprofessional went three times couldn’t get seen. I was told to come back after one for walk-ins twice couldn’t get seen . She told me they will call me for an appointment which I never got a call and already been two weeks already. I walk in the Third time she’s telling me I have an appointment which nobody ever called me to tell me with no transportation I got there. I even asked to be seen if I waited and I was refuse I would not recommend this office for no one Very poor customer service

If your last name is not Spanish beware. If you need a prescription refilled, good luck. My pharmacy faxed multiple times to get a refill for a heart medication without luck. I called the medical office numerous times as well. Have never had such bad experience with other primary care facilities.

My mom followed her provider Daniel, who is very good! The move is not good, the front desk staff are very short with you on the phone and in person they talk at you! I have literally been on hold for 26 minutes before someone came back on line to say that they will be with me shortly (I'm now at 44 still holding on). In no other industry is this acceptable! It's common courtesy and and being respected- how would you feel making someone wait for over 30 minutes just to do an address change!!!

Horrible place. Very unorganized. Front desk are unprofessional and need serious training in customer service. It shouldn't take numerous phone call attempts to finally get in contact with someone. Patient room are the size of a bathroom. They dont care about their patients which are mostly the elderly. Which is sad. This place screams their priority is all about making money and their patients dont even come close to second. Also, transportation is horrible and inconsistent. Cross your fingers if they pick you up at all. last but not least, the comment from the other person below regarding the tech is 100% true. Was there for blood test and the tech comes out and didnt even call names. Just looked at the people and waved over who they wanted to see. I saw the whole lobby emptied out and r
