This place is located at a shady area but don’t hesitate to go talk to Mr. Frank. This program is 100% real and I graduated with my CNA certification in May 2022. The total cost is only $1,200 and is the cheapest in Sacramento. They have payment plans and you’ll just have to pay the total before graduation day. If you can, ask for Mrs. Dolly as your instructor. She knows what she’s doing and will prepare you for the state exam. She teaches the morning class and can be harsh at time. However, that will only help you to become better. It might seem overwhelming at first but study, study, study to pass. Also, it’s only 21 days to complete this program. No feelings just stating the facts. We were told to be there 30 mins earlier. 7:30am. A lot of people were waiting before that time. Unsure if it was a first come first serve situation, but the line was long. It’s been raining and the temperature 52 degrees. We waited until 8am in the cold and the place was still closed. At 8:01am I decided to call and a woman answered stating that she was on her way. 8:13am and still no show. A few minutes later an older woman showed up with her fresh cup of Starbucks in her hand, opened the door and closed it. We were confused, we waited in the cold for 1hr, inhumane. This unprofessional school, if it can be called that promised me a partial refund after 3 days of class to no avail. Integrity and professionalism isn’t the norm for this business. Word to the wise, don’t go here.
