Was given incorrect medical information from a care physician. I asked a manager to call me and never heard back. Have asked them to stop calling or emailing me about scheduling an appointment and they continue to do so. In addition to all this I got charged 65 bucks for an appointment I cancelled weeks in advance. I understand now why this place has 3 stars and nothing better. I am beyond disgusted with this place I know they review these messages. If I get one more call or email regarding scheduling an appointment or asking for payment when I have already paid I will begin reporting them to Colorado Board of Health

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They have constantly changing staff, are always inappropriate, do not handle patients with care or value, and lack even the most basic communication skills. They "dismissed" my kids and me from the practice after they messed up and lied about shots that they had available during an appointment that I'd had scheduled for weeks for my daughter that were necessary for school. The staff were talking crap about me loudly in another room where I could hear them, and I confronted them about it, and was yelled at by the provider. I tossed a clipboard on a table and was accused of assaulting a staff who was talking badly about me previously in the other room. The turnover rate here should be your first red flag. When a dr leaves you receive exactly ZERO information until you show up for an appointment and they say sorry, your dr isn't here anymore and then they let you know that they dont give a crap about you. Guess I'll start looking for yet ANOTHERA dr but it WILL NOT be with this crappy place and their crappy office workers

This place is so unprofessional & have zero regard for their patients. This is now my 3rd change of doctor since I’ve been a patient here because 2 of my doctors left the clinic and I can see why. Both times my doctors left I wasn’t informed, I called to make an appointment and they tell me oh your doctor left here now you need to see a new doctor to try to get a medication refill. Changing primary doctor from this clinic for sure since Dr.Sandbach left save yourself the headache

I’ve been going here for years love the great caring service and the amazing people that work there.My P.A.L Brown is the best!!!She really cares about her patients and their wellbeing.
