Center Point Healthcare and Rehabilitation

My stay at Centerpoint was awesome and very pleasant. From the moment I arrived, I had great contact with the staff, and everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Victoria is amazing — she takes excellent care of the patients on the 300 Hall and truly goes above and beyond. Marva is very kind and checks on patients every day to make sure we are doing well. Regina is excellent; she checks on everyone regularly and always goes the extra mile for patients. Tim is an all-around phenomenal nurse — he does everything he can to ensure we are well taken care of. Sacoya, CNA, is pleasant, attentive, and does a wonderful job. There are so many great workers at Centerpoint, and I truly appreciate all of them. I would definitely recommend Centerpoint to anyone in need of rehab services.

I appreciate the cna's here especially Caramen. They have some really good nurses Tim and June. I thank Victoria and Nickie for the structure they have placed on my hall. The food is great!! If you need rehab I will highly suggest Center Point. Take it from a resident like myself. I've been here 7months. It's had it's high and lows but it's more high good days more.

I have to say it was rocky at first but they have a new CNA supervisor that's been here about a week Ms.Nikki and she doesn't play and I love it. She walks up and down the hall and ask us about how our day going and could she do anything to make it better and that really matters. I enjoy the lady Ms.Victoria to she checks on us.They really makes me feel better daily. Thank God for those two and their team. If you come here you need to ask for those two ladies and your stay will be great.

When I first went there, everything was awesome and the tour was amazing. Mrs. Annette Daniel (activity Director) was absolutely amazing and very informative. The social worker was simply the best and was my very first point of contact. Together their personality and kindness made me feel comfortable enough to select this facility. Once my mom arrived…. My mom got there over the weekend and she experienced some difficulties with the weekend staff. I called in to expressed my concerns and was immediately asked the same day to come in to have a meeting with all the departments heads. Actions were swiftly taken care of, and since then I have not had a problem with any staff member. Let me note that the staff member causing the problems did not directly work for centerpoint directly rather hi

This place is one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever visited MY GOD! from the KITCHEN on down. A health inspector needs to be enforced immediately! I’ve never seen so many roaches in a supposed to be clean and sanitary environment ever in my life. The cna are so rude , the dietary ! I’ve called multiple times about them sending my mother seafood when she’s ALLERGIC! I asked for a different meal they gave her ONE TURKEY SANDWICH! No one cares at all how disappointing, you’ll think your loved ones are being taken care of. This place is a JOKE
