Dr. Silvestre is absolutely so amazing. Hes goes above and beyond to help you and hes just a really kind person with how he treats and talks to his patients. Also his assistant was so very nice as well and helpful with making sure I understood everything we spoke about. 10 out of 10

I see the reviews from two or more years ago that are negative, but that is not my experience. I searched for the right specialist for killing back pain for far more that two years and *finally* was referred to Dr. Sylvest. The first visit he started getting me lined up. Then he fitted me with a specialty back brace that started to correct the problem before I left the office. I needed a little miracle to walk out of there and I got one. I can't wait for even better results. Five stars.

I called 11/14/2022 on a 3 way call (to interpret) trying to make an appointment for my friend's mom. My friend had already called, receptionist had hung up on her, she suspected receptionist didn't understand her accent. Her brother, who has better English, called and receptionist had hung up on him, too. This is where my call comes in. I do not have a Latin accent because I was born, raised, and have all my schooling from US. I tell the receptionist, "I'm calling to make an initial appointment for a friend's mom." Receptionist asked me if the patient had been seen before. So, I repeated, "I need to make an INITIAL appointment." She asked for the DOB, my friend gave it to me, and the receptionist said, "Like I told her son, she needs to get a referral." I was unaware of any of th

I would give this Dr -5 stars if I could. He yelled at me, cursed at me, threatened to discharge me and not treat me all because I questioned him. All he wanted to do was give me pain medication which I do not take. Do NOT under any circumstances use this office. Most unprofessional experience of my life. I am reporting him all over the place for malpractice and patient neglect/abuse. This man is the opposite in every-way of what a DR should be.

Nurses and doctor were extremely friendly. Bathroom was clean and smelled good. X- ray was quick. No complaints ☺️
