I was first seen on 8/21. We came up with a plan and I felt confident. Front office was kind, nurse incredible, Dr was a dream. They next day 8/22 I brought my current meds in to be destroyed and the two staff member that destroyed them assured me my new script will be ready by 8/23. No nothing was ready I frantically text left msg and called again Monday 8/25 the day before surgery I get a call that they were able to get me a partial script enough to last to 9/1 between withdrawal from old meds and preparing for pain I was beyond happy. Well insurance has told me they have failed to respond to denials since 8/23, 8/28 insurance claims they called them and they claimed they were working on it so no problem 8/30 it’s should be ready for your 9/1 pickup. Front desk clerk not very friendly. She speaks too quiet hard to hear. Does not listen to patient while we tried to explain one of the Doctors no longer took our insurance so we needed one that does. The office had already rescheduled us twice because of this. She still scheduled us to come back to the wrong doctor. Loved the PA Angeline very good.

Caring! Attentive! Knowledgable! Friendly! Patient! Concerned! Answers questions to my satisfaction! What more can I say except I HIGHLY recommend CWPC, Dr Campbell, Dr Wentz, Brandi (medical assistant), and entire staff. Whenever I hear of someone looking for a pain management physician I immediately refer them to CWPC. Give them a try. I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Horrible, no sense of compassion or consideration of other people's time. I had a telehealth meeting with Dr. Lim, which was scheduled for 17th December at 3:30 PM. I booked this appointment over a month ago. This was supposed to go over my post op results. I logged in a couple of minutes earlier that day and waited for over 15 minutes, before calling the office, to see what was going on. I was on hold with an outside answering service source, who could not reach the doctor or the doctor's assistant. After about six to seven minutes of waiting, I asked to be transferred to the front desk agent. Again, the operator had me on the line for another four to five minutes trying to reach the front desk agent. I informed the agent, who could not reach the front desk, that I needed to be back to

This place used to be so great when Dr.C and Dr. Ruben were in office but now it’s trash. The PAs don’t listen and just push meds on you without showing concern. I literally told the doc I was having reactions that sent me to the ER two days in a row and he proceeds to prescribe be the SAME meds again today. The wait times are crazy and the office always smells bad and is extremely dirty. The receptionist leaves for long periods of time and I could go on but what’s the point and no I would not like a call. Do yourselves a favor and just seek another pain clinic. The VA just doesn’t care about the quality of care we receive anymore.
