Appointment at 3pm. No food or drink after midnight the night before. After 430pm still not in for surgery. Person must bring you. No seats in waiting room. Have to wait in car. Can't be more than 5 minutes away so just sit in car for hours. Like a cattle call. Really bad, really!
I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience from efficient scheduling, pre op instructions to post up and the follow up appointment. The whole experience was first class.
Dr. Griffey is a doctor that you can trust and he exhibit a positive attitude that makes you feel like he really cares about his work and you. You don't find doctors like that now.
A++. What a great experience… the attention to detail, people on the surgery team, coordination, and surgeon were top notch! Highly recommend.
Rudiculous!! The time given is arrival time not appointment time. Not enough seats available for the backlog. Pay up front and wait 2 hours!!!!
