I visited CVR for a post operation visit on 25 November and was very disappointed with my treatment. The ultrasound technician told me I had a blood clot during my previous scan even though the previous technician had told me that scan had been negative for clots. This disconnect did not seem to concern her, and she did not seek clarification from the Dr or nurse practitioner. Instead, she put me in a cold room behind a curtain for 45 minutes without ever checking on me while I waited for the Dr. Finally the nurse practitioner rescued me and told me Dr Hurley had just gone in to see another patient and would not be able to see me until that patient’s procedure was finished. Dr. Hurley is the best! He’s very knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable the entire time — from my first visit to after my vein stent procedure, and especially during the recovery process — no matter how many questions I had. He and his team made me feel taken care of through the whole process. Highly recommend!

I’ve had varicose veins in my legs for years before making my way to their office! I’d always been self conscious of them, but the pain eventually overcame my fear for doctors offices so I headed in. Dr. Markovitz and his staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, they thoroughly explained and answered all my questions, and they are fast with treatments! The office from reception and lobby areas back into the exam rooms are spotless. I’ve had quite a few visits there to take care of my legs and they have always been on their “A” game. You can tell they all work as a team…some offices you go to you can pick up on staffing issues, mismanagement, and other issues, but their team works together effortlessly, like a well oiled machine. The doctor suggested panty hose for my not being able to walk up a flight of stairs without being winded . Did he do this bc I’m over 70, I am in perfect health not an old lady, ageism. I am very active and this vein issue is impeding my lifestyle. Compression pantyhose in 98 degree weather for an abdominal vein compression issue. I guess I should die of heat stroke.
