Great experience from check-in to check-out! The administrative staff was incredibly effective and pleasant throughout the entire visit, making everything seamless from start to finish, including the addition of new insurance. Kelly was incredibly pleasant while gathering all the preliminary information and made sure no important details were overlooked. It’s always nice to be greeted by her smiling face. Dr. Pugliese truly listened to my concerns and provided thoughtful, knowledgeable suggestions along with multiple options, which made me feel confident and well cared for. If you’re looking for a provider, I would hands down recommend Dr. Pugliese and the Center for Total Women’s Health.

The front desk staff were very nice. The nurse who brought me back was very sweet and so easy to talk to. I also loved the doctor and the student. They made the whole situation very relaxing and the doctor answered all of my questions. She was very patient and did a great job explaining the tests that I had done. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

From a time I got to my appointment till my appointment was over the staff and the doctor were all Very friendly, Warm and kind. I was walked through the entire process and everything was explained thoroughly. I totally recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fantastic OB-GYN.

Staff in the front are so kind and helpful, won’t bring back partners until they ask you if you feel safe at home, which I feel is a great help for women. And Dr.Pugliese is such a wonderful Dr, so knowledgeable, kind, and listens to every question, concern, or want. I live in Southampton and drive an hour just to see her! Well worth it!

Had an appointment for a Monday night, they called me the day off telling me I had to reschedule due to an emergency the doctor had. I rescheduled without making any issue of it. I rescheduled for the following day at 4:15. They call me as I’m driving to the appointment and I tell them I’m on my way. They call me again as I’m pulling into the lot and they told me I was late at this point. I told them I was pulling in now and they told me to come in. By the time I got inside, it was 4:17. They made huge deal about me coming in two minutes late, and told me I would have to reschedule because I was late by two minutes, when the appointment would’ve been much longer than 2 minutes so why this was just such a massive deal to them is absolutely beyond me.
