Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township

My husband Eugene spent almost 2 weeks at the rehab and he improved enough to come home. His stay was very good with excellent nursing and CNA‘s who were always kind and compassionate. He enjoyed the activity room where he played games and ate snacks and got to know some of the residents. compared to when he was there two years ago I was amazed at the difference I asked for a podiatrist and he was there the next day, a sweet little puppy that delighted everyone who held Baby. A conference in his room with several professionals who each gave a short evaluation as to why it would be beneficial for him to stay a second week.So a big thanks to all who took care of him and did their job well

We initially selected The Center for Rehabilitation from a list we were given at the hospital for My mother to recover from her hip fracture, We choose by location only , but I’m delighted to report that the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, with smiling faces and helpful assistance. They took excellent care of my mom for three weeks. She mentioned that the food was good. The nursing staff was attentive and the place was very clean and special. I want to express my gratitude to Nurse Mary, who was exceptionally informative, helpful, and even reached out to check on my mom two weeks after her discharge. Also a special thank you to Nurses Natalia and Stephanie I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Center for rehabilitation and nursing gave my grandmother the best yet sadly last last 6 months of her life. The nurses took care of her so well, she was always clean, fed, hair nice and dressed in clean fitting outfits. She passed with dignity and respect and it was because of the staff here. I truly would recommend this center for anyone looking to have your loved ones be placed at. I would also like to thank my Aunt Joann Post who was an angel nurse for my grandmother here. I promise that your family member will be in amazing hands here.

The entire staff made my father’s stay very comfortable for him. The attention he received was impressive to us both. He enjoyed speaking to everyone and worked hard during his physical therapy. The ability for him to socialize with everyone was appreciated. Thank you to Mary his discharge coordinator for checking on his progress and making sure he has everything he needs at home.

My mom has been at this facility since January and I noticed so many positive changes with the new director. I’d love to give a special shout out to my mom’s frequent Aide James. What an absolute blessing James is. My mom, Ann, suffered a massive stroke and is now paralyzed on her left side, very dependent on others for care. Having an amazing, reliable aide like James puts both her mind and mine at ease. He is always cheerful, never negative, takes pride in his work, and treats her with such dignity. He knows her routines, keeps her clean and comfortable, and truly goes above and beyond. Mom always says that when she has James, she feels so at ease. They have a very sweet friendship and she looks forward to days when he is her aide. Euriah recently started helping Mom, and she has alread
