I’m back with another review as this review is definitely needed for this second experience I got! Imagine denying me school paperwork after my child was just seen the SAME day by the doctor. Theresa literally told me no she will not give me any paperwork because I left a bad review and then turn around and tell me there is a $10 fee for school paperwork. How disgusting is that! If she was broke or wanted $10 to eat or for gas she should have just said that. I would have given it to her because I actually liked her and always dealt with her. But she wanted to take up for her other rude associate in the office when she should be training her on professionalism and how to speak to patients! Then Theresa wants to threaten me with lawyers because of my bad review lol. I definitely can’t wait t

There really needs to be an option for 0 stars. The doctor is nice but he needs better staff and people that have more empathy and sympathy for the patients. The girl in the front is very rude and disrespectful and has no business working at a doctor’s office let alone an office that sees children. She has no understanding and definitely does not know how to speak to patients. I’m in customer service and I would have gotten written up or even fired for speaking to someone the way she did to me! She lucky my daughter was with me because she would have definitely got cussed out real bad. I wish there was another pediatric gyn because I would have never step foot back in this place! Dr. Amesse better handle her before she get cussed out the next time!

my daughter is 11 (was 10 upon our first visit) and the dr is amazing as well as the staff. they work with you if timing of appointments aren't good as well as calling in extra medicine because a second appointment had to be cancelled and rescheduled. the staff is so wonderful and nice and the dr made my daughter so comfortable when we met him. he made her feel at ease. I definitely recommend him for pediatric gynecology (no pelvic exam as her age) and I believe all kids will feel comfortable with him. again, staff and dr are absolutely wonderful.

We took our daughter to see Dr. Amesse after seeing several different doctors for her condition. He was kind, compassionate and caring. Importantly, he took care of her problem and she is doing great. We are very grateful we found him!.

Dr.Amesse is a really great Dr. I had a surgical procedure done with him and he was very compassionate. Not only did he check on me at the hospital but also once I got home. His staff is very friendly and efficient. I was very please with my services and would highly recommend him to other's.
