Center for Living Well - Celebration

I want to share my negative experience that I had back all the way in January of this year. I want to start off by saying the desk/entrance staff were all welcoming and friendly. My doctor was friendly and knowledgeable as well. However, I was there for my annual check up and needed to get labs/bloodwork done. When I was sat down to get my bloodwork done, I had informed the person who was drawing my blood that I have a history of passing out due to me being anemic. Usually at other appointments they try to position me to make sure I don’t faint. This guy was trying to calm me by making jokes and letting me know he wouldn’t let me faint. I never write reviews but I left this office so upset. I had a terrible experience with gynecology. I waited a long time in the waiting room and in my room and the appointment alone was a waste of my time. The entire experience took about an hour of my time for less than 15 min altogether. No one came back into the room after the dr talked to me for less than 5 minutes. Absolutely no help and just pushed me off to imaging for a different reason than my visit was about.

Probably the worst place to go as a cast member they respect you about as much as the company does. I had a cut and it cost me $300 here and I had to go twice because the first visit I really got no treatment at all just a bill. The doctor did not really care and told me she was not taking new patients then had to read Web MD or something to give me the wrong medicine and treatment. The second visit was better as the doctor was not full time at the wellness center. She actually seemed to care and took an X-ray of my wound and a sample to test for bacteria. They really love to shake down your insurance and do pointless blood draws to jack up the price. I have only been 3 times and 2 times they drew my blood and prescribed me doxycycline for two completely different situations... I

They are awesome, everybody has beautiful smile. Roxie, she is amazing assistant. So nice and understandable. Dr. Padgett is great. He listens to all your concerns and so much patience. I would highly recommend him because he shows concern ask questions and response very well and advice good choices regarding my problems.

Are you looking for top healthcare professionals that care about their patients? Then run. I assure you, you will regret breathing the same air as anyone employed here. The check in to medical staff, everyone at the Center For Living Well in Celebration I came into contact with was annoyed by my existence. (And everyone else’s too) INCREDIBLY RUDE. Both teams at Celebration AND EPCOT need to be fired and flipped! They must have the terminated leaders from Gametop running them now. Help these “medical facilities” by not bothering them and see how long they stay open without any insurance money paying the bills. It’s so ridiculously bad it could be a reality show called Ghetto Clinic.
