WORST Doctors - DON'T GO here for Pain Management - terribly inexperienced and uncompassionate doctors! No way to contact office or docs directly They use a text/email service located in S. America! DON'T GO TO CIPS! NO COMPASSION whatsoever unless you get procedures where medical billing is highest! Greedy docs here only!! Hard to even give 1 star!

Jenna is amazing. She is there for me like no other clinician has been. She should be the model of a healthcare provider. I have been seeing her for almost four years and she saved my life! I came to her in a dire situation from a incompetent primary care physician and she immediately came up with a plan of action, always makes herself accessible, she cares for her patients deeply, and truly takes the “we’re in this together” approach which is so refreshing given the many ups and downs we have in our healthcare system. She recently went out on maternity leave and the practice welcome a new PA-C to the team and she is so amazing as well! Maddie is not only like Jenna, but also should be the model of a healthcare provider and wants to hear everything you have to say and genuinely is interest

I’ve been here three times and saw three different doctors. Overall, they seemed very casual and dismissive of my issues (knee and elbow). Two of them barely examined or even looked at me. I made an emergency appointment because my tendinitis flared up, and Dr. Matz said, “It just happened, so see if it gets better on its own. If not, come back in.” Absolute waste of time. I was supposed to get an MRI for my knee; the hospital had to cancel twice because the prescribing doctor (Matz) wouldn’t give them a confirmation code. They called, and I called, and I was assured that they were, “working hard to get it” for me. On that note, calling in is a nightmare. There’s no direct number for the office, it all goes to one call center. I’ve called multiple times and was on hold for a half hour on a
