Have been unhelpful and entirely rude over the phone. Dr. Olivia has been confrontational and rude at every turn. His staff are dismissive and take an inordinate amount of time for any paperwork request. Furthermore they have been combative and dismissive when working with Primary care doctors. The need for reviews of 0 stars is necessary for "physicians" like Dr. Olivia. His demeanor is specially chilling in regards to a disabled patient for whom he is one of the only doctors in Lubbock who has the appropriate credentials for the work.
