The front desk receptionist, Robin needs to work on her poor customer service! She is the rudest front desk clerk and she makes visits horrible! I really hate to even call in to make appointments, or make payments because she makes every interaction ick. I do appreciate the service I receive in the back and that’s why I continue to come when I am not feeling well and/or follow ups.

I used to love the CFM Pharmacy, however lately the pharmacy closes early without any way of knowing they're closed until you get there, and then to be rudely told by another staff member that the pharmacist "has a life that needed them to leave early for the day". Twice this has happened. Medications are prescribed for a reason, and could be the difference between life and death. Do better

Have had great experiences at UND Family Medicine. Their administrative staff are helpful and kind. We have been pulled off the waitlist for earlier appointments on multiple occasions, which is rare and greatly appreciated.

Dr. Joseph Luger is by far the most qualified doctor in the state. His knowledge in his expertise is matched by none. I can’t express my gratitude in words because none exist. He has helped me over come some of life’s biggest hurdles. I had acne bad as a teen, he solved it, and brought my confidence back now that I’m older he is still working his magic. I was losing hair and he solved it. I poisoned myself with pesticides and guess what? He solved it lol I owe my confidence to this man. He saved my life!!! Thank you doctor Luger you have done so much for my family and me it should not go unnoticed.

Dr Luger and his nurse were the rudest I’ve ever been treated by someone in the medical field. He had me diagnosed before he enter the room. Didn’t bother to look at what I was concerned about. But continued to belittle me and lecture me on oral care. I have never had a cavity. My teeth are perfect. I had an appt for sores on my face. He profiled me. I have little to no faith in the medical profession due to this so called doctor. It’s a shame I had to give him one star.
