Came for a Dr appointment was at the appointment for over two hours due to the Dr being incredibly slow. Then when I went to grab my meds after the hour and half of waiting in my appointment they weren't ready for pick up. I was told to wait 30 more min in which I did then never got them still because I sat there for another 45 min and when I came back the next day they still weren't ready. Now I'm calling to confirm it being filled and I've been on hold for over an hour. This is ridiculous

My brother-in-law called in his prescriptions on Friday I just now went to pick them back up at almost 5 :00 on Monday and they're still not ready that's exactly why I moved my prescriptions. How rude of the gal running the drive thru!!

Drive thru is absolutely ridiculous!! I tried to pick up my meds that I’ve been without due to pharmacy incompetence, when I pulled the container out the door almost closed on my hand, then I told them it wouldn’t open and instead of having someone Bering me my meds they were more concerned about the drive thru door not working needless to say I had to leave without my meds so I could go to work and when I called again they were more concerned about why the drive thru wasn’t working not taking care of patients.

Terrible place to go. The place has amazing MA and staff. But, you won’t see a doctor at all, you’ll see a Nurse practitioner. The student nurse practitioner with the hijab is very caring and supportive. Made me feel better when I brought my 2year old in with a stomach virus. The nurse practitioner scolded me for trying to occupy my 2 year old with a glove balloon so I could hear what she was saying and not be distracted. She claims it’s a choking hazard (how could he choke with all of us there) when we do it all the time at his pediatrician office, which his own doctor has made one for him to get his attention and be fun. It frustrates me that I never once met a doctor and that my parenting was offended.

Usually pretty good except they forget some important things such as the needles to my insulin 😑 how am I supposed to take my insulin without the needles?
