My husband just had a colonoscopy and WOW! This place is amazingly organized!! Staff at all levels is well-trained and they all work well together. It’s like a well-tuned orchestra of talent and kindness! Much thanks to Dr. Levine and Jackie for taking such fantastic care of my husband!

I had both a colonoscopy and an endoscopy procedure done at Center for Digestive Health on November 3, 2025, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel calm and supported every step of the process. From the outset Lora, RN explained everything I needed to know about the procedure clearly. The anesthesiologists and nurses were attentive and reassuring, taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Doctor Marlon Illigan and his assistances addressed all of my concerns with patience and clarity before the procedure. I felt safe, respected, and well cared throughout the entire experience. Dr. Ilagan is my favorite doctor here. Extremely knowledgeable and caring. However, I am not sure if their system changed, but it seems like you can only chat with them through the portal now. So, if you have follow up medical or medication questions for the Medical Assistant. They won't return calls even if you request, which is very inconvenient if you just have a quick question versus going back and forth with a chat. Also, for test results and treatment options it felt like I was on my own, just finding out through their portal instead of just getting a courtesy call explaining test results, treatment or medication options. I understand that the doctor is always busy, but having access to a medical assistant with questions or concerns shouldn't be restricted.

I have had very severe anxiety about having anethesia for the first time in my life for the last month. Im talking lost 13lbs in 2 weeks anxious. Couldnt sleep or eat for weeks. Friday 9/19 Dr. Anabella Dones was my angel. She came to my bedside in the pre-procedure area and held my hand and reassured me that I would be fine. I only wish i had spoken to her weeks prior to my scope to put my mind at peace. She eased my nerves so much and changed the whole experience for me. Although I was still scared of the unknown when I was rolled back, I felt more confident I would be ok after we spoke. My husband told me she even came to my bedside post procedure (I vaguely remember) Once i was rolled back to the procedure room I felt super anxious like I couldn't even get my words out correctly. Very pleased with the service from the doctors and staff at this office. Transparent and reasonable charges for a self pay patient, at a fraction of the cost from what Advent Health/hospital charges. Patient portal is comprehensive and easy to use, and are also able to easily talk to real people. I was very apprehensive having a new doctor and facility for this procedure, but they all seemed very capable and caring, and I have lots of photos to document what they did and found!
