I want to begin by saying it took me my entire adult life to build the courage to finally schedule an appointment with a GI specialist. Because of the complexities and frustrations of dealing with insurance, this was not a decision I made lightly. I recently began having this odd epigastric burning so I made an appointment. At my visit to the Lake Mary location, I saw Febre, PA. The appointment lasted no more than a minute or two before he quickly concluded, “ok, let’s just scope.” When I asked about non-invasive options, such as stool or breath testing for H. pylori, my question was brushed aside with the comment that those tests weren’t accurate. The staff at this location is really great; responsive, professional, compassionate, and friendly. I've been to see the same doctor and PA at their other locations and really prefer this one just because of the support staff. Dr. Giday and Al Febre are the best and I have come to trust them completely. I know that they do everything they can to help with my complicated medical needs

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Scheduled an appt with Dr Giday a month out. Got there and there was about 10-12 people in the waiting room. Apparently they have no care for covid procedures or patient wait time. Waited an hour and a half to be seen by a PA (not the dr I scheduled an appt with). He didn’t even do an exam; he just recommended a colonoscopy. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, after being seen by a more thorough gastroenterologist, I had an emergency appendectomy! Trust your gut and your body and do not go to this practice.

The Lake Mary office staff is great and Dr. Giday is a wonderful physician.

Edmarie que me facilitó la gestión, luego en la recepción del centro para finalizar con la atención de la Dra. Colon que fue muy profesional y atenta, explicándome todo lo relacionado a mi salud. Recomiendo a esta sede del centro.
