Never going back to Dr Levine. Had appointment with Dr Levine but I ended up walking out after waiting for over 1:30 hours without being seen. And when I walked out, he was in with a patient and still had another one before me. His staff said it’s normal for long waits with him. Totally unacceptable. Does he think his time is more valuable than mine?

This was really my last hope. Total waste of $200. I tried to tell the doctor what my problems were and the first thing he replied with was "what do you want me to do?" I don't know when it became standard for the doctor to expect the patient to hold their hand and guide them to what your problem is on a silver platter. I thought that's what a doctor was for but I guess not? Just another doctor telling me that I have anxiety and to try drinking water and pedialyte if I'm sick. Forget that I've lost 20 lbs in 4 months. Forget I've lost 5 of those in the past 2 weeks. I guess I'll just continue to wither away since no doctor seems to care. Maybe they'll care when I'm dead. I don't now what else to do anymore but I did not need to be robbed like this

I scheduled a new patient appointment for Tuesday, June 10th at 2:30 PM. Since it was my first time visiting, I used GPS to find the location. When I arrived, the building signage said "Women’s Health," which was confusing. I went in and spoke with the receptionist, who told me I wasn’t in the system. That was incredibly frustrating. Unsure of what to do, I returned to my car and called the scheduling line. I was on hold for 25 minutes. When someone finally answered, they confirmed that I was in the system and asked me to go back into the lobby (which is shared with Women’s Health), sign in, and wait. I followed all the instructions and waited again. After another 15 minutes of back and forth, I was told the nurse practitioner was behind schedule and could not see me. At this point, it w

I have to say that I felt so good and so relieved to have such an amazing experience as a new patient. For a long time I couldn’t get the help I needed and have been asking for. My sign in and paper work with front desk was a great experience. Speaking to nurse practitioner Lynch, she made me feel very comfortable and was so patient with me. She came up with a plan and then I was followed up with a visit with Dr. Korenblit who was also so kind, made me feel comfortable and took me serious. I’m really happy I made my decision to come here. It’s important to have a doctor I feel comfortable with, who cares about my health concerns, is professional and kind. I’m grateful thank you!

I had a great experience as a new patient! Everyone was professional, and accommodating according to my time available for the visit. NP Larrea was attentive, caring and thorough. Her plan and suggestions were clear and practical. I'd recommend this office to family and friends.
