Center for Dermatology Cosmetic and Laser Surgery

I have been visiting Center for Dermatology for last 10 years. Generally I found doctors and nurses to be professionals. They treat me well, and provide good quality skin care services. But I was humiliated by some of the front desk staff during my recent office visit. They were so rude and disrespectful to me, I felt they were treating me like a collection agency for loan default. They were demanding to pay $120 copay when was checking out after a follow up office visit recently. But the fact of the matter is that, I never had to pay any co payment or co insurance for any medical services all these years. Because, I have 2 insurance- Medicare as primary and Blue Shield as secondary insurance. First Medicare pays their part, and the rest is paid by BlueShield according to provider

Dr. Dhawan has been providing wonderful care for both me and my wife for several years. He is technically highly qualified and experienced, very caring and friendly, and just a nice person. We highly recommend him!

The Center for Dermatology in Fremont and Milpitas, specifically Dr Dhawan and his staff have been great! While thier schedule can often be filled, I can tell you they are worth the wait. Spread across 2 office locations for standard procedures, and one other location for research trials, they are clearly a machine and well organized. There is a level of care and knowledge that demonstrates the dedication to become and maintain a level of care and expertise pulley unmatched by sent other in the Bay Area.

Dr. Dhawan has been my deremotologist for 12 years and is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me with many conditions. The office is clean and efficient and everyone is very nice. I would highly recommend them.

Every single visit to this dermatology practice is a miserable experience, and it has nothing to do with the doctors. It is entirely because of the front desk staff. The front ladies, especially the one with the colorful hair, are unbelievably rude and dismissive. They talk down to patients like they are doing us a favor by simply existing behind the counter. Their attitude screams frustration and resentment, like they are forced to work here against their will. Do not even bother greeting them. It is a complete waste of energy because you will either be ignored or met with an eye roll and a lazy tone. Basic human courtesy clearly does not exist at this place. Prescription requests are a nightmare. Calls back never happen. They promise they will follow up and then completely disappear. T
