As a new patient I was able to get an appointment within 4 days requesting one from their website. The dental assistant was very nice and patient with me with my xrays because of my terrible gag reflex. This is sometimes a problem at past dentist offices. The doctor did the actual cleaning herself which I had never experienced before. Small practice, will be returning!
