Response to Eli E's comment. This individual physically threatened the employees and the doctor of this establishment resulting in the involvement of the AMAZING Lakewood Police department. This individual was informed by the Police not to return to the building or risk arrest. Next time Eli E posts something, perhaps these minor details should be included.

It's one thing to cancel the appointment we had booked 6 months in advance, two days before the appointment, while giving no alternate option. It's another to TWICE hang up on us in middle of a phone call. There's standard bad service and then there's this. Shockingly unprofessional and just straight-up rude. Wow.

Very nice and professional. Dr. Steinberg took the time to explain everything. Staff was good as well.
