Centennial Post Acute

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Centennial Post Acute. The staff is always so friendly, kind, and welcoming every time we visit. They put so much effort into creating amazing events for families and friends, and my kiddos absolutely love them. For the past three years we’ve gone to their petting zoo, trick-or-treating, and Easter egg hunt, and every single event has been such a blast. The kids look forward to it every year! The facility is always clean, festive, and full of positive energy. It’s also comforting to personally know some of the staff who work directly with loved ones in each of the courts—they truly take such great care of everyone. Centennial Post Acute goes above and beyond for both residents and their families, and it really shows. Highly recommend!

My husband has been at Centennial for a little over two years now, and I can honestly say the staff here has become like family to us. Every visit, I see how patient, kind, and attentive they are with him. They take time to explain things, keep me updated, and make sure he feels safe and cared for. It's not easy having a loved one in long-term care, but knowing he's surrounded by people who truly care has brought me so much peace. I'm grateful every day for the compassion and dedication of everyone here. Centennial has been a blessing to my family.
