I just rushed my elderly dog in a few hours ago. The staff here were extremely compassionate, the doctor is a beautiful soul, he showed compassion, empathy, sincere genuine car for my pup and me personally knowing I had to make the heart breaking decision to send my "Chance" over the rainbow bridge. The process was at my pace and they allowed me to sit with Chance before and after as long as I needed. Thank you Doctor (I can't remember his name I'm in a fog) for your kind compassionate care you provided me and my sweet boy Chance. Very happy with the service and attention. Had our puppy for her annual check up and the front desk staff was very friendly, the doctor’s attention very professional, she explained the procedures and the effects leaving no doubt about it. Very recommended.

I don't write reviews often but I feel like it's needed especially after my experience Monday. I have seen Dr. Curtis and Dr. Amgar for years. They've known all my dogs from puppies. I had a dog, Elric, who struggled for years with behavioral issues. I am a dog trainer so I worked along side my vets to make sure he had the best quality of life. Unfortunately on Monday, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to do a behavioral euthanasia. It is the hardest decision ever. Normally my visits at the vet are silly, full of jokes....we laugh and smile and my dogs do really well there...but this time it was full of sadness and tears. I've been coming to this place for a few years. h even when I adopted my second baby. I brought him here too but being left on hold while. my dog finished an 11-minute seizure and the girl left me on hold for more than 16 minutes and never got back on the phone. it was unbelievable. I know there's four women that work in the front and I can't believe not one of them was able to pick up the other lines. you guys definitely just lost a good customer.

We made an appointment for our injured dog, and decided to walk-in sooner. Everyone here is super kind and patient. Our vet, Dr. Topham, was fantastic and spent plenty of time with us to ensure we were comfortable and had all the information. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic! Absolutely recommend this facility! Their prices were quite reasonable as well.
