I was referred to this place from my GP because of a problem I was having! I've had GI issues since I was a small child and have had 2 surgeries in my adult life so I'm not stupid about my gut issues! I first saw Ms Griffin and she listened to what I had to say..at least I thought so! Keeping in mind that I have only 3 inches of a colon left, so I knew the problem wasn't there! A couple of weeks after the visit I was contacted by the office to schedule a colonoscapy! Uhh why I can't tell you! So I did all the gross stuff to have that done! Dr Petre did that! He said all is well but they took some pieces to do a biopsy! Then I had an appointment with my GP and that's where I learned that the biopsies were all good! If you want unprofessionalism, then this is your place. I got here for my appointment. Mind you, I called this office and told them I was lost but was still on my way. The woman I talked to (which she was rude and short with me) told me as long as I am not more than 15 minutes late, that would be fine. I got here and it was 8:13. The woman that I dealt with was named Mary and she was on the phone with someone about their appointment. Once she was done on that call, she motioned for me to come to the window. I told her I had an appointment but I was here before 8:15 (I actually was in that waiting room at 8:13. I told her this and she said well it’s 8:15 now! Are you kidding me right now? I recently went for a New Patient appointment for a Colonoscopy consultation. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Mary. The medical assistant, Jaiden, was polite, upbeat, and professional. The Provider, Samantha, was very thorough, kind, patient, and spent time with me answering all my questions and explaining everything we discussed. Samantha was exceptional. Check out with Linda was great as well. I highly recommend this facility and would like to Thank the staff for their stellar service.

Please do not go to this man for anything medical. He is a liar and has no compassion. He is probably one of the worst physicians we’ve ever seen. He always makes excuses to absolutely any kind of issue that you may have. He lied in the notes on my wife’s charts when addressed about the notes, he refused to change them. He barely looked at her notes. He spoke to another physician and did no testing and brushed her off like nothing happened.

Office staff was amazing from the time I walked in till I left. I have been battling stomach issues for almost 20 years and this is my 3rd Gastro I have been to in my life and Samantha Griffin actually seemed compassionate about trying to figure out what is wrong with me compared to any other I have seen in the past. Hoping the upcoming scopes and tests will get somewhere this time with a compassionate person on my side. Thank you for giving me a little hope when I was ready to give up!
