Kat was AMAZING! Got a 3 pack prenatal massage, and just came back from the first one - I’m considering buying the 90min session pack because it was so great! Super thoughtful and careful about my hip positions and comfort, was really knowledgeable about massaging areas, points of pressure, joints to stretch, etc. It was SO incredibly relaxing and really good for my body and muscles! Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend! Also super easy to schedule with Kat, had to reschedule and she was very flexible and made herself available no problems.

Kat is simply the best. She takes the time to really hear what’s going on in your body so she can focus her skills where they’re most needed. She incorporates gentle movement and stretching to maximize the impact, and I always leave a session with her feeling like a new person. Taller, stronger, more relaxed. I wish I could see her every day!
