I’ve done several studies here and I like the fact that my coordinator (Elsie) kept her promise to roll me into the next group. She kept her promise which goes a long way! I was #1 to dose! I almost withdrew from the study, but THE SWEETEST nurse, Maria, talked some sense into me. They also provide a lot of travel size toiletries in case you forget to pack your own and comfy scrubs. It’s so easy to stay here, just bring yourself.

Cell phone reception is horrendous (nonexistent when you’re in the sleeping area) because the sleeping quarters and procedures are underground. So if there’s an emergency or urgent issue, you can’t be reached until you get out of bed and go into the one area that has reception. Just not a good idea. It’s very disconcerting. Something to consider if you have a family, business, or any life at all. Couldn’t this be solved with a cell phone booster installation or something of the sort?

The food is good. The staff is okay., kind of irritating and dense at times but OKAY. There is way too many in this place, there's never no HOT WATER. THE STAFF CANT REALLY KEEP UP WITH EVERYONE IN HERE. UNORGANIZED MESS.

If you have to leave a study early for any reason they will automatically ban you. They say you can quit but they don't tell you you can't come back. Great ethics!

The sleeping quarters are ridiculous. Particle board cubes with stacked beds not suitable for children. Food is some of the worst and not because of kitchen staff, they really try. Any staff under 30 are just rude and antisocial. This is pharmaceuticals operated by private equity looks like.
