Very friendly staff!! First time pup owner and they did not disappoint one but! My pup loved them and wanted to get all of the attention from them that she could. They treated what needed to be and made sure we knew what was going on the whole time

Why are you advertised as an animal hospital but have non hospital hours? My cat was very ill,so I called, desperate for help, and you were shut down. Your voice message said you would not be around for several days. Why was nobody on call for emergencies? Why did you expect people to drive for miles, to northview and Avon lake, for care? The only other nearby option with decent reviews was closed for the day. My cat did not get the care she needed.

Our Kitty Lana had a great experience! i was struggling to find a reasonable price and appointment that wasnt 6 months out and was so happy to call Cedarside and get in within the month, and at a very fair cost. the man that assisted me in person with taking Lana in and then payment and retrun at the end was very kind and friendly and informational ! Lana got Spayed, a shot, and a treatment while there along with an overnight visit for HALF the cost of the nearest vet to me taking appointments over 6 months in the future. Lana was shy and reserved when she came home the first night but they let me know that would be very normal ! and by the following morning she was fully back to her old self just a little calmer. the doctor was kind, informational, professional, although i didnt see her p

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! VERY rude and condescending. They do NOT care about you pet regardless the circumstance. They would not take my 13 year old dog for an appointment when he is struggling. Unbelievable a vet could do that to an animal. Awful, awful people!!! During our last visit they were very rough, impolite and did not handle our dogs with care. If I could give them no stars I would. Please do NOT take your fur babies here they deserve so much better!!!

The vets were very loving towards our dog. In fact, we just moved to the area and called several vets to try to find one that was accepted new patients and they all said no and really didn’t care except for one in Norwalk that referred us to this practice. We are so glad for this referral even if we have to travel to go to them they are worth the time and effort. The are caring and take their time to ensure our dog is well cared for and not jus a number. Can’t thank them enough.
