I can’t put into words how grateful I am for all staff on C3 are. They are patient, caring, very skilled, attentive and much much more. They loved my mom through to her recent passing always kept me fully appraised of her care and any changes in her health and I know how much they have on their plates giving quality care and attention to all residents. I felt so connected and comforted by everyone and now that my mom is no longer in need of their care I will miss each and everyone of them. 5 Stars seems to little for this wonderful team.

Hats off to D6 (from manager Ashley to all the aides, Housekeeping, Dietary, Activities Department, Volunteers, Finance Office, Admissions, Security Officers (especially Christian) and all others I have met there. They have been taking care of my mother for a few months only. Since tranferred from the dump she was in, she has been clean, healthy, she has started talking, singing, dancing. They keep me up to date on everything they do. Every change, doctor/ specialist/ other staff visit, or anything, I get a call. I am amazed at the care my mom is getting at Cedarbrook Allentown on D2 unit Since moving her out of a bad nursing facility. They call and update me on her health and progress. She is happy with her care team. She is walking again. I am so very grateful to everyone who has been involved. Most of all the aids who change her regularly and keep her clean from infection. My father in law has an apartment in Brookview. The apartment is quite nice with large windows, 2 bedrooms, one of which he uses as a living - music room, a large bath with tiled shower, a dining room large enough for a full size table, desk and large pantry shelf, and a small walk-through kitchen. The staff are wonderful!

The entire team at Cedarbrook has proven to be truly exceptional. To give some context, following a devastating family tragedy that left my brother incapacitated, my mother has been grappling with profound grief. The move to Cedarbrook, although initially challenging, turned out to be a source of immense comfort. From the very first day, the staff welcomed us warmly, staying by our side and addressing every question without hesitation.
