Cedar Hill Urgent Care

The wait at urgent care was about 30 minutes top and the service was exceptional. Registration was easy by scanning QR code and uploading documents to complete your sign in. They even tell you through the app where you are in the line to be seen. I was seen quickly and was really impressed with the level of service and care received. They sent my prescription over to my pharmacy of choice and marked it acute priority. Will revisit in the future if needed. Highly recommend this place if you can’t be seen by your primary care provider. Will recommend to family & friends, no doubt!

My first there was a little nervous doing the weather conditions hurt my knee and the staff was pleasant no waiting time at all i be returning if I should need assist thank you so much for taking care of me

My doctor was the nicest doctor I’ve had in a long time. I wish she had a primary care office because I definitely would be her patient. I’ve been going through a lot and she made my visit so easy and simple. The staff were also very nice. I’m just appreciative that they did their job. I was in and out pretty fast. Good job.

The last time I had to see Kimberly Washbourne, she was attentive, patient and polite. This time, was the complete opposite. Instead of being welcoming or behaving professionally, she seemed irritated that I was asking for pain medication that I normally am prescribed from my pcp. Except I no longer have one, so I have to use the urgent care for emergencies or medication refills as I suffer from autoimmune diseases and pain. Kimberly was aware of this, but still chose to chastise me while my body was in a full on inflammation flare up on its third day. It took me hours to prepare to go to urgent care. They're Extremely RUDE! I was taken there via ambulance, prior to them dropping me off I asked the EMS did they know I was coming, EMS told me yes they knew I was coming in. Got in there, nobody helped me, nobody said Anything. So I knocked on the window to ask, the rude female was like "we don't know nothing about you coming, sign in and sit down". Mind you, I'm standing there with the pain scale of a 15 on a scale from 1 thru 10. The rude female proceeds to let me know, its nothing they can do for me and they didn't know why I was dropped off to them. So I was Never seen. Ultimately I had to call 911 again (for the 6th time) to have them pick me back up and take me to a fully operating emergency room. This encounter was completely unnecessary. I didn't do anything to the two rude females
