A great hospital the nurses, the doctors security. The whole team is wonderful great I haven’t had a bad episode at all. The first time I came in September and this time that I came in February had been Great they explained everything to me. They asked me if I had any questions. They gave me everything I need. They even call other hospitals for me, which was GW to help me set up my appointments ahead of time.the food, the bed, the bathrooms room everything is clean and neat.
A Life-Changing Experience - The Gold Standard in Maternal Care After a traumatic experience at another hospital last year where we were told “your baby will die if you don’t act” instead of being presented with all our options, my wife and I were hesitant about having more children. My wife’s biggest fear was coming home alive. With the alarming maternal mortality rates among Black women and the horror stories we constantly hear, that fear was very real. Today, she is not only alive – she feels better than she ever imagined she would after delivery. Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center’s Labor & Delivery team completely restored our faith in maternal healthcare. From the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered was exceptional. The security guard immediately understood the
It was kinda rough at first when I got to ER But I must admit all test was done without haste from life giving water to urine to Ct scan MrI Cat scan they made you comfortable it was done without haste. They got right to the business. I was upstairs in about 18 hours in my own room. The nurses was very very considerate, understanding, caring and on point when you need them the food was excellent even with a dietary instructions, everyone was just wonderful every nurse every tech every doctor. It was only one down there. I didn’t get her name, but she was very rude very arrogant and I did not like the way she spoke to staff to the lunchroom they will show patient with me. They helped me understand what kind of diet I was on. They helped me because I could not see with the menu and they show
I am happy for the people who had a positive experience. But that was not the case for me, I have never waited 7 hours to get to the back. Sitting in the waiting I saw no control over patients being loud while waiting to be seen, the nurses being rude to patients and each other. I hoped it would get better in the back...but it didn't. Patients yelling out for the doctor or nurse for help and they just walking passed the door. There was not a call button in the room I was in. So if I needed anything I would have had to call out or go to the door to ask for help. I saw the doctor for less than five minutes, and the nurse was so uncaring. I went for my test and that was the first positive experience I had after being there for a total of 9 hours by then. The tech who did my test and the you
Upon arrival the service started off good with the check in staff my vitals where done and I was registered within 15 mins I arrived at 12:57. Sat in the waiting room and seen staff and security get into a verbal altercation with a patient I then waited 2 hours to be seen the RCN room where I sat for 6 more hours I didn’t get my stitches until 9pm understandably knowing that the ER is always busy and there are so many ins and outs but patient service can be better and done in a professional manner this is supposed to be a neighborhood hospital but I do t think I would come back I’m due to have a baby in July I’d rather go to George Washington or Howard before going to a hospital 10 mins from my home
