Disappointed and unsafe care. My grandmother was a resident at Cedar Haven for one week, admitted for rehabilitation. During that time we witnessed repeated neglect. Staff only came to her room when family would push the call button and let the staff know what she needed. The communication between doctors and floor staff was non-existent. Family never received any results of medical concerns, staff were unaware of my grandmother being diabetic until family member made staff aware because my grandmother was having major symptoms of having very low sugar. Needless to say after a week at Cedar Haven, family members demanded they call 911. My grandmother made absolutely no progress being a resident at Cedar Haven. We had such a great time at Cedar Haven’s Wellness Fair! There was something for everyone—awesome vendors, helpful health info, fun giveaways, and great vibes all around. Big thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a fun and positive event. It’s always amazing to see our community come together to focus on health, happiness, and taking care of each other. Can’t wait for the next one!

My dear friend was in Cedar Haven for over 2 months. I would go to visit her once a week, and from walking in the front door seeing a glass jug with water and orange and lemon slices started off with liking Cedar Haven! From the individual behind the concession counter, Mary Lou the receptionist, who is always very kind friendly and helpful, to the finance office, where on my first visit I landed in there to get paper, a pen, and they were so very helpful and friendly. The nurse Nicole, on 1-F is an absolute Godsend. Always there to help when something was needed, friendly and compassionate. I found Cedar Haven to be a fantastic Care Center. If something was to happen to me, this is where I want to go! ♥️. Thank you Cedar Haven for taking care of my dear friend Betty! ♥️

Went to the Wellness Fair today and was greeted with such wonderful staff and residents. Community vendor tables were so engaging and educated me on Services in the Lebanon Area. Theresa, the first staff I encountered, is so lovely and clearly loves her job and the people she serves!!!

Cedar Haven is a wonderful facility. You feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. The staff there is great. The facility is incredibly clean and the care is top notch!!
