Cedar Crest Post Acute

Today's visit was the best visit I have had since my aunt's placement at Cedar Crest Acute Care Center. The move to the 3rd floor showed us a very caring and interactive staff. My aunt called them all by name and they, in return knew her name, and joked with her. It brought a smile to her family visitors today. Thank you and kudos to the staff on her unit.

Very Nice place❣️ Very Secure❣️ Nice Layout, Large TV /Cafe Room for patients their family & Visitors, Friendly But Loving Staff, Nurses, Aides, care team & All The Love & Support 💗💗💗💗💗 Everything smells Clean & Fresh. I visited the ground floor Rehab. Part To visit my Uncle....Yon 😊 (Jan Montgomery) Today was my first visit 😊 It went well ❤️‍🩹 😄 It was Good Seeing Him....I wanted My Uncle To Settle in First....and He was Happy To See Me 💗🤩😍😉.... He has a Roommate, A Nice Guy, Named Nelson💗 at least someone to talk to & They paired them together same room which works out nicely 💗 But All & All.... seeing it for the first time.....Very Nicely Done ❣️ And threw my years....of many other family members in a nursing home....this one is Definitely Acceptable ❣️ 😎✌️ I always give a 5 star review

Mom is in rehab. Great staff and great activities for seniors during the day. Everyone showed such great care. The only thing my Mom wasn’t so fond of was the food, but I would bring her some outside food when I visited. My mom loves her Spanish and Chinese food.

My wife was a patient there for 2 weeks. Worst care ever. Aides and nurses ignore call buttons. Always claim that they are short-handed. Wife fell out of wheelchair and injured her head. They sent her to the emergency room, but now do not respond to calls for payment of our ambulance and hospital charges. Avoid this place !!!

Hi James Cantley here, I would like to say that I’ve had a great experience here at Cedarcrest subacute. I would like to mention Jennifer and the women that work with her in activities. They made My stay here very nice and very exciting very entertaining. Everyone went up and over what they did for me here I give this place five stars , Thank you to all all that work that’ll work. Can we change it? Can we change two to what happened in PT and the table is under the table. The wheelchair run over the table down and flipped over the table flipped up, flipped over his leg fractured the orthopedic surgeon over here at the office. Get a check thank you. I would also like to mention Johnny dieaz the nurse he took very good care of me while I was there.! Thank you to the whole staff at Cedarcrest
