Going to the dentist is anxiety inducing for me. However, all of the staff is so kind and understanding, that it made my experience tolerable, which is huge for me. There was no judgment from the staff or the dentist for not having been to a dentist in several years. After x-rays were taken, the doctor showed them to me and together we created a treatment plan, with approximate cost. I felt comfortable and taken care of, and I'm looking forward to seeing my care plan through. I highly recommend Carolina Dental if you need a dentist.

My name is Erin And I had a wonderful experience at Carolina Dental Care Center!! The staff as well as Dr. Smith was out of this world amazing!! Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and through!! The amount of time and detail Dr. Smith went into making sure my dental needs were met was exceptional! I’ve looked high and low to find a dental family that not only made you feel comfortable, but that also offered great care! Dr. Smith is very gentle as well as his hygienists! I had to have multiple fillings and you can not even see where they were placed because the precision was that good!! Every X-ray was throughly reviewed and the treatment plans were beyond fair!! Today I left Carolina Dental feeling so clean and renewed. Of course, Tonya did her best as usual. I love my hygienist. Honestly, I have to thank Cindy for getting me in today. I was trying to get an appointment in, and they originally didn’t have anything available, but there was a cancellation. She contacted me and got me in ASAP. I didn’t even ask to be on the waitlist; she reached out on her own doing. You don’t get service like this anymore. So when people care, you stick by them. Thank you Cindy.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Answered my questions. Office was very nice and comfortable. Was happy I found my dental office. I was put at ease as soon as I entered and was relaxed and comfortable. Very glad I found them. I feel very blessed that I found them. They put you at ease and everyone is friendly and concerned about how you are. I won't go anywhere else.

I walked in this dentist in tears terrified!!! Dr.smith and the lady that was working with him were both amazing! He took the time to listen to me he knew I was scared and he was so patient and kind and caring they all were!!!!! The lady that cleaned my teeth was beyond kind I truly thank God for these people in my life! I no longer am afraid to walk in the office because I know I am in the absolute best hands!
