CCHC Urgent Care

I was there for the first time today and VERY impressed with everything about this urgent care center! I was able to make an appointment and they were right on time. The receptionist, nurse and PA-C were all friendly and amazing! The PA-C spent time trying hard to diagnose my complicated issue. She was kind and caring and I felt I was in good hands there all the way around. Kudos to all who work there!! Top notch place and this is now where I will go for urgent care! I highly recommend them!

I was most impressed after visiting this Urgent Care from my first entrance into the edifice to exiting the building. The young receptionist, Ahnasia greeting me with such a warm and welcoming spirit. In addition, the Nurse named Jennifer treated me with such care and tenderness as she directed her attention to my condition. And finally to top off my visit, Dr. MARKOWSKI had such a great bedside manner, it left me overwhelmed with my entire experience at CCHC. This Health Care Center truly has competent and precious individuals to serve its patients. As a U.S. History teacher for 31 years, it behooves us to serve others well. I was the first one here before a storm & because of their faulty system, their card reader wouldn’t take my form of payment. That was it, they couldn’t see me even though I was the first one out here & obviously had the money to cover it. If you have any copays, or a non traditional card, I advise you to go somewhere else

Absolutely appreciate the professional staff at CCHC Urgent Care. From Nurse Pam to Care Provider April & check in & check out we’re all top notch. Nurse Pam & Care giver April we’re both attentive & took their time. I love the call ahead feature as well

The staff actually listened to my concerns?! I left one urgent care facility in Greenville fully expecting the same lack of compassion or empathy here. Hell, I would’ve settled for general concern at this point! But then something amazing happened! The nurse on staff actually listened to my ramblings, and made complete sense of my condition, and I didn’t have to repeat it 138 times! I thought I had to wait 5 months for a ct scan 😂….. TRY 30 minutes! Other facilities told me scheduling CTs or MRIs would take at least 30 days. These folks got me everything I needed the same day! Phenomenal staff and overall experience!
