My first appointment in September was great and I can’t believe the 2nd one was even better. They make going to the dentist not scary, dare I say it’s an enjoyable experience?. Everyone is very friendly, the atmosphere is fun and clean and all the staff genuinely want to help.

Went here for myself and my kids. One who is autistic and one who hate needles or anything else done to her. They were very professional with my children. Comforting them and making it fun. My 6 year old autistic son loved it. As far as myself I was very pleased with the facility as well as the staff from the beginning to the end. Had no issues with anything after coming here. Dr Moses explained everything to me in detail as to what was needed for each of us. The hygienist was very professional and did an amazing job with all of us. Front desk was extremely knowledgeable and was quick to answer any question I may of had. Would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone in the future.

The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. Pam Moses is the definition of money hungry which I was warned prior to going here but was desperate to get in to any dentist quick when my insurance changed. Of my 3 appointments here, I witnessed the most unprofessional conversations between staff members in regards to current patients, as well as Pam Moses only focused on how she can make the most amount of money off her patients. At one of the appointments, I needed two fillings, which were both completely botched and I am still dealing with the damage. Luckily my new dentist is helping but reported to me that Dr. Moses managed to cause nerve damage while working on one of those fillings, and that while she was shaving/leveling one of my back molars down, she managed to combine a

First visit for me and my two children was amazing! Everyone was nice and made us feel comfortable. They took us all back to back & were efficient and quick. They also have a game room and a movie room to keep the kids entertained while I was in my appointment. We can’t wait to go back!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Moses. I felt that I was being encouraged to move forward with treatments that didn’t seem necessary, which left me questioning the transparency of the care. The atmosphere in the office was uncomfortable, and the overall professionalism was not what I expected. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience. Dr Moses is now practicing in solvay at an office and she’s continuing to have problems there! Horrific!
