My family and I have been going to Dr epistola for over 30 years. Absolutely love he and his staff Karen who does the MRIs Is always very quick To call your insurance period I usually have a call from her by the next day. I would definitely recommend this office and orthopedic

I don’t normally leave google reviews but my experience here was atrocious. In 2020 Dr. Episalla did an ACL reconstructive surgery for me, he operated off of a 8 month old MRI and then was “surprised” to find out the problem was worse than it was 8 months earlier. After this doing check up appointments became the worst experience ever. Not only did he not do his due diligence before my operation, I had several appointments canceled because they changed their schedule. Just today I received a call that they could not take my appointment (less than 24hrs in advance) because they would be in the OR, and offered an 8:30 appointment (originally 11am). I literally planned my whole weekend around this doctors appointment as I’m currently away at college where I am 3 hours away from the office. I

This office is so professional and welcoming! The staff was able to get me an appointment after an injury within a reasonable time. All of the staff listened and made sure my questioned were answered. The response to my situation was very heart warming especially after having such a difficult week. I did not get the X-ray techs name but she is a doll! Karen is amazing and truly has great bedside manner! Thank you everyone

This is my first review entire whole my life. I never ever wrote about any service any place. But here is awful. I waited 2 hours. But they any explain why i should wait how long time should i wait. Just told me couple of minutes later my turn but many patients go to see a doctor before me. Even who come here late than me. And front desk staff is unkindness. If i were you i never visit here.
