Cathy Orlando Physical Therapy

All my friends and family see Cathy, we high five going in or out! Seriously the best PT around. She is so experienced and intuitive that she can quickly assess WHY you’re having issues and WHERE it comes from. She then treats the actual CAUSE not the symptom and gives you homework/lifestyle corrections to keep it away. If you want to get fixed, feel better and work with someone that actually understands your body then go see Cathy. If you want to bounce on a bosu ball or play with stretchy bands then go see any other PT. Her work can be intense but if you’ve messed yourself up as bad as most of us have then you shouldn’t expect some light stretching to fix you. Thanks Cathy!

Cathy is a wonderful physical therapist- unlike any I have ever seen previously (and I have seen many). Her approach is to evaluate not only the area having the problem but your whole body. This approach allows her to find root causes of your pain. She is literally very “hands on” - this allows her to make adjustments that facilitate healing. She follows every session with detailed emails with videos showing exactly what needs to be done to fully resolve your issues. I have seen Cathy for shoulder, neck, foot and most recently hip issues. I am never disappointed and she always helps resolve my issue. A further plus is her extensive knowledge of the body and enthusiastic attitude. I strongly recommend seeing Cathy for any issues you may have.

Cathy came as a recommendation from a good friend and she has been amazing! I was having pain in my hip and between her therapy sessions, at home exercises and adjustments on how I stand, sit, walk, workout has completely helped heal that pain! I saw many doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and osteopaths over ten years about my shoulder pain and migraines, sometimes with relief but no cure. The first session Cathy diagnosed the root cause of my shoulder pain. I was able to get full relief after working with her over a few months which I never thought was possible. Now that I know where the pain comes from I can stretch the right places to avoid getting into that cycle. Yes, they are difficult sessions (this is no gentle yoga sesh) and out-of-pocket but I could not be more grateful!

Cathy is very nice and super smart about the whole body and she helped me to feel better with her unique hands-on adjustments and helped to understand the root cause of the lower back issues that turns out started already when I was much younger.
