From the moment I stepped into the CMC Breast Care Center, my experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. Every visit was met with warmth and kindness from the office staff, who made me feel truly cared for. I was fortunate to have an incredible team by my side—Dr. Jessica Ryan, my skilled and compassionate surgeon; Kelly, my dedicated LNA; and Danielle, my expert mammographer. I have had nothing but positive experiences at CMC breast Center. Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming. I have been made to feel supper comfortable regardless what I’m going there for. Professional and compassionate care and staff. Take my mother there annually for mammograms and bone density testing. Renee at the front desk is excellent. Check ins and the whole process is excellent and thorough. My mother loves the care there. Thank you.

I've been here twice. Both times I saw Dr. Ryan she was very nice and understanding. She saw my frustrations and tried to help unfortunately not much could be done for me. The parking is not so good I had to wait for someone to pull out so I could pull in. Not much parking available... I went on a weekday around 2. It was very easy to find everything was labeled and had easy to read signs which was great since it is on the second floor. It has an elevator as well as stairs. Very clean. One of the secretaries must have been having an off day, she was not very pleasant. I would recommend this place but go early cause of parking and if you have to walk a little ways.

I feel this practice incorrectly billed me, and while I was discussing the issue with several different people, they put it in collections before I received an answer. I was billed just over $118, but the prior year, I had no bill after the mammogram (even after seeing Dr. Ryan). It appears they pick and choose how they will bill patients. Had I known the previous year, I would never had gone back due to its poor billing management. I would have gone somewhere else. I have been getting mammograms since 2011 and have never had a bill associated with it...even when I had surgery to remove pre-cancer. I called and left a message last week for Michelle in billing (coincidentally, on the same day I received collections notice), but she never returned my call. I even talked to my PA about thi
