Catered Manor Nursing Center

I toured this facility about a week ago for my grandmother. I am currently looking for a long-term care facility, and I have to thank the marketing director, Michelle. She was very compassionate and so attentive, I appreciated her efforts to get to know my grandmother and her current condition. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a new home for their family member

My mother has been a resident off and on for rehab over the years and she enjoys her stay. Alicia, the activities director, goes out of her way to make each and every resident feel special and one of the main reasons my mom prefers catered manor. They do, however, need to upgrade their facility in regards to call buttons, cabinets and such. The nurses are attentive and care for the residents which is very important. I highly recommend Catered Manor for rehab and care

My mother has been a resident at Catered Manor for over a year. Her quality of care is excellent and the compassion and time they take with her is wonderful. I couldn't be more pleased with her care. My mom has often said how happy she is there and absolutely loves the staff that cares for her.

I was a patient here Feb25- April 10th 2025. I was so scared coming to a nursing place for the first time. When I arrived I was greeted by June and yaneth whom made me felt very welcome, all my fears went away. All the staff was very friendly, hardworking and passionate. I was to have therapy there for 2 weeks . I want to express my gratitude to Olga. She took the time to help restore my long hair. It was knotted and she took her time brushing it out. Juliette , Bobby, Nelva, Glenda, Alica, Jun, James, Valerie, Inez,Joy , lulu , mec ,Rowen, makayla ,Darya, esmerelda , Eric, Ron, Maria,Mariana, yaneth, Jeanette, Bernice, erica, angel, joan , corazon, Mildred, angela, cylisy, dawn, demerus, julia, jela, katcha, lyza, mercy, shellce, Claudia and many more , I can't remeber all of their names

This place never answer the phone i keep calling to check up for my friend and no one will answer the phone...Really bad attitude on personal was trying to find a friend of mine and no one could help me and as I was waiting I ask one of the nurses and she was not to nice she told me with and attitude to go ask another person.
