I think if you are a client who is ok with painful massage in order to get results, this is a good spot. My massage therapist had quite good technique, so I think it is an effective massage service. But I don't like pain and don't feel comfortable with it in a massage setting either. Unfortunately my massage therapist didn't speak English, so we used google translate to communicate. But after 5 times of asking to reduce the pressure and be more gentle, he was still struggling to adjust so I asked to stop the massage early and left. I have been going to this place for a year, recently they got a NEW OWNER. The business has received such a glow up! Moody lighting, professional communication about bookings, the tables and towels are super clean now. Bob, my fave masseuse, is still there doing an amazing job. They even give discount coupons towards your next massage now! I overpaid by mistake and the owner personally called me to clarify and make sure I got my money back- true class and professionalism. I am a happy, loyal customer, will continue going and cannot recommend this spot enough!!

I am an old and achy guy who checked this place out and decided to try it. The massage was ok, but I was disappointed that the masseuse was begging for tips and was obviously disappointed in mine. I have to admit that I do not know how much to tip In this situation. But obviously the business should be paying their employees more. I will not be back.
