I’ve had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Castlewood Dental. I always enjoy my visits there and feel welcome and valued as a patient. Every member of the team is outstanding. Dr. Sirrine is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I trust him to take good care of my teeth. Kaity is my favorite dental hygienist ever. She is personable, kind, and gentle while making my teeth sparkle and sharing helpful tips for keeping my smile healthy. I also appreciate how responsive Shannon and Mayra in the office are to my texts and phone calls when I need to reschedule or have insurance related questions. If you are looking for a new dental team, I highly recommend Castlewood!

My first experience with Castlewood Dental was terrific. It started with Shannon on the phone to set up the appointment. I will say that WE can do better as customers and have our stuff ready when we call. That said, Shannon was very friendly and helpful. The next morning when I arrived, I was greeted by the very friendly office staff. Then I was seated in the dental chair by the dental assistant. She made me feel better about the reason I was there and also did a great job getting me settled it, taking X-rays. Dr. Sirrine then saw me and we talked about what was going on with me and laid out a course of action. He addressed the immediate issue and helped me feel better about what was going on. I've only been there twice now for routine cleanings, and both times have been a pleasure. The staff there make you feel right at home and not just another number walking thru the door. Sarah and Katie have been so amazing, everyone has been very knowledgeable and know exactly what there doing. I really enjoyed the fact that they do a through job on my cleaning and didnt just rush through the cleaning. I had some small oral surgery about 1 year ago and the techs made sure to be very gentle around that area.. And Dr. Sirrine is even more down to earth. I will keep going here for my dental needs.. thank you castlewood dental°!!

After being in an accident that severely damaged/knocked out six of my front teeth, I received exceptional care from this office. Dr. Sirrine went above and beyond, even coming in on his days off to ensure my treatment stayed on track and was extremely caring/understanding of my experience. His assistant, Katie, was kind and reassuring throughout the process, and had a great eye for aesthetics of my restoration. The front desk staff, Shannon and Myra, were equally wonderful, providing constant support and kindness, including various thoughtful gestures that truly meant a lot during a difficult time. I am extremely grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office for both their professionalism and compassion.

Dr. Sirrine and his team are exceptional! From the moment you walk in, everyone is personable, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Sirrine is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and highly skilled, taking the time to explain everything so you feel informed and confident in your care. His assistant, Karl, is kind, friendly, and provides concierge-level service, and the office staff, Shannon and Mayra, are professional, organized, and always helpful. Kaity, the hygienist, is highly skilled, gentle, thorough, and personable—she makes every visit a positive and enjoyable experience. It’s rare to find a dental office where everyone is this skilled, attentive, and personable. I highly recommend Dr. Sirrine and his team!
