I really feel "heard" when sharing information on my pets health changes. Our dog is getting older and his last years are very important that we keep him happy and as healthy as possible. Chase was a good boy and we hope he'll get better. I also appreciate that they let you know how much something is going to cost before administering a procedure or giving you medicines for your pets. It's choices we all have to make when we love our fur babies.

Dr. Hoff is an amazing vet. He takes the time to get to know our dog and to make sure she is as healthy and happy as possible. If we have an emergency, Dr. Hoff finds a way to see us. He is caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I really appreciate Dr. Hoff and his staff's willingness to discuss current veterinary research. The Veterinary industry in general seems fixated on pushing as many interventions as possible on pet owners and we know our animals are generally getting sicker because of it. Castlerock went the extra mile to secure thimerosal free rabies vaccines for my dogs and I really appreciate it!
