WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS deserves better - definitely avoid this pharmacy if you can fill your prescriptions in Townsend or Harlowton. I live close to Martinsdale, and although this pharmacy is the closest option, it’s still a 1.5-hour round trip from my home in good weather. About a month before I moved here, I went in to transfer my prescriptions and was rudely told they weren’t accepting new patients - something neither I (nor any other doctors and pharmacists I’ve asked since) had ever heard of from a pharmacy, and thus it went right over my head. Despite this, they filled my prescriptions, but the following month, after I’d officially moved, when I came in they refused to fill them with no explanation, claiming they weren't going to tell me because they had already explained why they wo

Great service, the pharmacy knows how to navigate insurance and doctors office procedures. I’ve had a much better experience than with the chain pharmacies.

They have always helped me out with navigating our insurance and helped in getting medications even with so many shortages.
