Dr. Castillo and all the staff go above and beyond what their job description calls for. I’ve always been anxious when it came to matters of my teeth/mouth. They do their best to put me at ease. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I woke up one morning with what I thought was a toothache, called them, they could squeeze me in for an exam and X-rays, but I had my children and didn’t have time to find other arrangements for them. So Serena insisted I still come and she held my 9month old and sat with my 9 and 4 yo in the room next to me while I had my X-rays done. They’re wonderful.

My wife went here a few years ago for a filling and it ended up giving her trouble after the tooth was filled. She's not a huge fan of dentists, she has really bad anxiety, and when she went in for a second visit Dr Castillo told her it wasn't the filling giving her trouble, it was her teeth. A few years later she just decided to get it pulled because she still could not chew with that tooth and it turns out there was an infection in the bone. Very unprofessional to blame the patient who is already anxious. 0/10 recommend.
