I always had great experiences except last time. Yesterday I went and it was someone new. Unfortunetly I have had a lot of dental work done in my life. Yesterday the guy said to keep my mouth open because I'm causing him to drill further then he'd like. Also getting the shot of which I have also have had a lot of hurt and was shooting to my eye area through my nose. I did not feel my tooth being drilled which is good but I legit had no feeling in my upper face for the entire day. That's never happened and when I was trying to tell him it didn't feel right.. he just pressured me as if it was my 1st time and he kept going. He fixed a front tooth surface cavity and it's not smooth it's super lumpy. He told me he will smooth it out next visit. There was to many comments on things that made m

This office doesn't have the right people to work for. I've had my appointments canceled five times simply because they don't verify ages or available hours. I can only praise Dr. Christopher for his excellent work. It's a shame he works in an office with such unprofessionalism!

I called first thing in the morning in a full panic, needing an emergency appointment, and they were incredibly accommodating. Mr. Castillo took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns before starting my procedure, which really helped put me at ease. I went in with a chipped front tooth, expecting that I’d need to spend a large amount on a porcelain veneer. However, Mr. Castillo was honest and reassuring, explaining that wasn’t necessary at this time. He offered a more affordable alternative that worked perfectly and mentioned that we could revisit the option of cosmetic veneers in the future if needed. I truly appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and care — it’s rare to find that kind of integrity these days

Dr. Castillo amazing doctor and beautiful personal. I had new partial done I love it. If anyone need a doctor dr. Castillo is the best.

The service received has been unsatisfactory. Instances of fabricated invoices and delayed billing for previously settled accounts have been reported. Furthermore, there are claims of improper charges for appointment cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe. The quality of dental care and the experience level of the support staff are also areas of concern. The overall service experience has been described as unfavorable.
